终于

终于买了新手机！
喜忧参半┉┉ 喜的是有新的玩意儿，
每次拿旧手机就觉得有点“派舍”。
忧的是要担心这个啦，担心那个啦！
昨晚弄了一些scratches!好不甘心噢！心疼、心疼。
我竟然还没充电，今晚才充吧！
YIPEE.......

Merry Christmas!

This year I do not have to bother to decorate my centre. The children volunteer to set up the Christmas tree and hang up the pretty thingy for me! Hhahahah...that's make my job easier! But when I come to think of I am going to remove them the end of the dec, I am having a real headache!! Ding Dong Ding Dong.....

Pizza Making @ 241108

My immune system was down yesterday, maybe it is due to tiredness. Leading the class to make pizza is fun but tired especially it comes to the cleaning part. So I gonna show some pictures that I had taken yesterday.

早上没有带相机，所以没有早上班的同学做pizza的照片。没有补习时他们来的总是特别早。一有补习时还得等到九点才能开始。早上班的学生不多，整个pizza制作过程还蛮顺利的。启良，春花和欣美说要玩到下午才回家，他们要跟我去"shopping" 即是买汽水而已。嘻┅

首先他们先陪我到Miva去付款。在那儿他们已经开始叽叽喳喳个不停。欣美也变得活泼起来。这是我第二次看到欣美。小小的的小孩总是特别可爱。她和姐姐春花一样都拥有明亮的双眼。然后我们便到Hock Lee买哥妹俩和汽水。然后赶快上车回家拿材料就到Mcdonald 吃薯条和雪糕。回到了补习中心他们再弄pizza顺便补排照片。花花不要上镜所以只排到她的背面。

下午班的同学陆续的来到，他们便去另一个房间玩我的指甲油。由于不熟悉下午班的同学他们就自己找节目。懂事的他们也不需要我多操心。
下午的pizza制作过程只能用乱来形容。一、因为学生比较多；二、他们年纪比较小。Pizza制作还是比较适合年纪比较大的学生。就这样在短短的一小时半内七片饼皮被吃完了。幸好我买了现成的饼皮，不让他们一定呱呱叫。其实现场是混乱的，他们不懂的礼让，谁也不想输谁，所以只有大声的霸王才有机会在桌上露露两手。请他们喝汽水还打翻了两次，气到老娘罚他们不准和汽水。
小班的同学霸完了之后，老娘把他们赶出去，让大班的同学大展身手。大班的同学总是让人比较安心，但是他们有时也很调皮。
所有现成的饼皮被吃完后，Eldred便开始教我们做饼皮。当他看到这么多小朋友围着他时，顿时不知所措。由于过程有点复杂，小朋友一个接一个离开现场，最后剩下大班的同学在做。他很有耐心的教大家，只有我一直在催他。看到现场都是面粉，我一直呱呱叫。贴心的他们说会帮我打扫，让我感到很安慰。
Kenny和Ben在等着pizza。长形的pizza是Eldred 做的，而圆形的是我们女生弄的。Save the best for last. 我们的pizza 多料又多cheese! Kenny 总是不肯好好的摆pose。他要我把好的照片删除。
我们分工合作最后工作完成了。谢谢Michelle, Yee Ting, Donald 和Eldred帮忙打扫。当我去倒垃圾时发现车子的轮胎泄气了。只好麻烦老爸来帮忙换。回到家还用了45分钟的时间洗洗刷刷用过的器具。累坏我了！脚酸死了！还伤风呢！
当天的小插曲，我的蓝色手套着火了！都怪我，拿pizza时，手套不小心碰触铁条。手套着火时，我突然愣了一下，在思考火从何处来。赶快吹灭火，装着若无其事。忽然启良冲进课室问：“老师，你着火了？”然后接着哄堂大笑。

Damn

I reformat my pc last nite. Virus loh!!!!! That's something I hate the most in my life. It is just like clearing everything in your pc and you have to start all over again!

The worst thing is I can't find my window XP installer and force to buy a cd with Windows 7!! Something new to use. I will need some times to get used to this new windows. I have to download window live messenger. Try hard to remember all the passwords for friendster, facebook, neopets, blogger and blah blah blah.....Luckily I manage to get online!! Otherwise I will scream like a mad man!!!

Terrible!!

兴高采烈、手舞足蹈

这两个成语足以形容我现在的心情！ Darling告诉我他30号可以回来了，可是他要求 27号回来。不管他什么时候回来，我都是觉得很开心。 算算算，要去KL的日子也不远了。

我问Darling我是时候买新电话了吗？Darling的答案竟然是OK！*请欢呼鼓掌*我想买新电话想到颈都长了。不是他不让我买，只是我旧的电话还没坏。和他吵架的时候扔了两次电话，长命的它还是平安无事。它的确是很旧了，而且也跟我度过了三年的日子。要花钱，就要更努力的赚钱。

买或不买？先看价钱再说吧！

恶梦

昨晚做了个恶梦。又是和 shopping有关的。日有所思，夜有所梦。每次要去KL时都会这样。很担心Air Asia 会reschedule 而耽误本小姐血拼的时间。哈哈哈．．．我快发神经了！

Sunday is a Shopping Day!

Today, I go shopping with WanYing. And....I buy myself a piece of pyjamas, a pair of jeans, a pair of pants and eyelashes glue! So..I shall cross out some items from my shopping list!! I know I know..I am going to KL and yet still do my shopping here. What to do..the jeans and pants only cost me RM61. Cheap rite??!!!!!

Pizza Dough ~ Part 2

This time I make the dough all by myself!
It is a successful one!
Yipee!!!

1. Mix 500gram of flour with some salt. Make a well in the middle, pour in some yeast, lukewarm water, some oil and sugar (yeast react well when it is sweet). Wait for 5 minutes.
   
2. Mix all the ingredients and make it into a ball.
3. Cover it and if possible cover the object with hot towel. Wait for 30 minutes.
   
4. The dough will now rise! It is so excited to see the dough rise!
5. Divide the dough further into two.
6. Flatten the dough ball.
   
7. Now you can bake the dough for 5 minutes.
   
8. Add toppings and bake for another 5 minutes.

这次饼皮成功了！可是不是我搓的。礼拜天再自己试试做做看。Gambate!

闷

好闷好闷好闷！

现在无所事事，不知道要干嘛。早上除了在家学煮菜、洗洗衣、烫烫衣。好像没什么可以做了。

等一下去补习中心也是哈啦哈啦而已。晚上约好阿琴去“看”衣服，然后去她家做披萨的饼皮。昨天做的饼皮失败了。可能是酵母放的不够多，发都发不起来。哼，气死人了！

拜六礼拜要怎么过呢？

希望下个星期我可以比较忙一点！因为可以开始学校假期课程喽！

Sushi Making

Today no class is going on too..so we have sushi making session to let the children to have some fun. They just eat non-stop like they will never get full. Some children are helpful, some really want to learn and some just want to eat. From the activity, you can actually notice the characteristics each children has. Anyway, it is another wonderful day!!
