2nd Day of CNY - visiting + clubbing at Soho
3rd Day of CNY - visiting
4th Day of CNY - watching vcd + visiting
5th Day of CNY - sleeping + working
When I was a baby I always got sick during CNY, and my mum said I even had to visit the doctor on the 1st day of CNY.
When I was in primary school, I loves CNY so much, as I could collect a lot of angpows, wore new clothes, good reasons for soft drinks and delicious tit-bits.
When I was in secondary school, my passion for CNY was declining. As we had to follow my parents to visit relatives and friends. They would chit chat and we would just sit there and wait for the time to pass. It was very tiring.
When I was in college and Uni, CNY was the time that I came back home for holiday.
This year I do enjoy my new year holiday. This is because I can take chance to have a good rest. Even though I receive less ang pows, but it is fine. It is quite embarassing to receive ang pows as I have already grown up. And the most important thing is that my parents won't "force" us to follow them to visit.
Went to work this afternoon. Out of my expectation, I dun feel lazy at all. When it comes to long holidays, I tend to feel lazy. However, there are plenty of stuffs awaiting for me...arrgghhh...Feeling that time is not enough! Gambate!
